The whole Space Indent team want to thank everyone who came to meet with us at MTEX 18. We had a really fantastic time at a great show and the two days flew by! We were really pleased with the feedback from our talk on how marketing professionals can work more effectively with digital folk. It looks like we’ll be getting the chance to come help some of you with this more directly.

Conversations on our booth

The main event for us was inevitably the attendees. It was really a pleasure to meet so many interesting companies from one-man bands to billion-dollar multinationals. Having so many amazing and interesting people stop by our booth made the show a real pleasure, and we’re already having interesting conversations with some of these companies about future projects.

We also met some of our existing suppliers as well as potential new ones. Some technology highlights included sendinblue, who have a great marketing automation platform we’re trying that could rival the incumbent MailChimp. We heard of some fascinating approaches to using artificial intelligence within contact centres that would revolutionise customer relationships.

Finally, we had some good ideas about using these new technologies. With GDPR just around the corner, we’re beginning to invest more and more of our time in systems to support the legislation. Being able to do so with confidence and certainty around the law is a great place to be!

All in all, we’ve got some great new ideas, some great new contacts, and we’re very excited for the future!
